I don't usually leave 'reviews'.but had to today! I have been coming to this clinic for years and have always had a good feeling about the treatment I've always received. But yesterday I had to have a tooth pulled.first one ever. I received the best care.concern and the compassion. I was a wreck,anxiety was over the top,blood pressure I'm sure was high. Between his Hygienist (and I can't remember her name and for that I apologize) and Dr. Nguyen , I was nervous but that was soon put to rest. They never rushed and explained everything that was going to happen,they took their time! The trust that I felt from them came over me like a wave. Long story short(ish) tooth came out & since I've been home,I've had no issues. So if someone is looking for a Dentist ,compassion for their clients ,this is the place. Even when you first come in the receptionist Sandra is amazing,she's welcoming and very warm. So if you're a 'nervous nelly' like I was , you won't be. They are amazing! Thank you !

My regular dentist was on vacation and I had a dental emergency and he came is early and fixed my problem. Very friendly, caring and helpful with all my questions and concerns. The staff were very friendly and the office is neat and clean. Would definitely recommend this office for anyone who is thinking of changing their dentist or has had a bad experience with one. Totally amazed at how professional their services are ! Lyn has full knowledge of my coverage and between her and Dr. Dolly they came up with a well structured plan to get all my dental work done ! Jennifer did my dental x-rays and left no page unturned and answered any questions I had ! I just have to say every time I go there I am treated above and beyond my expectations and the staff are very friendly as well as caring ! I started going to the LDHC approximately 2 years ago and I am very happy to have made the switch. The administrative staff is very accommodating in regards to working with my hectic work schedule and coverage plan. I have had extremely positive experiences with the hygienists and doctors. I currently live in Windsor and have no problem making the drive for each appointment as I know that I will be getting the best care.

I have always been a patient at LDHC and can confidently say they are the best around. During every visit I have always been kindly welcomed by the administrative staff and the dental hygienists are very friendly and gentle. Also, the experiences that I've had with Dr. Bailey and Dr. Nguyen have always been very comforting in the way that they address my questions and concerns. At LDHC it is obvious that your oral health is their main priority. I would recommend LDHC to anyone that I know and look forward to continue being a patient at this facility.

The staff are efficient and knowledgeable at their work. I had an emergency one weekend and thankfully Dr. Nguyen was able to see me. Greatful to have such a caring team!
